Does anyone else love being surrounded by brilliant people expounding on what they’re passionate about? That has been my summer! Firstly at SXSW London – where I was coaching and mentoring. While I was there I got to learn from Ben Cohen (of Ben & Jerry’s), Michelle Obama, Cory Doctorow, and Esther Perel. 

I followed that up with 3 days supporting groundbreaking scientists at ETH Zurich, where I was delivering workshops in great communication to science entrepreneurs. They’re such a joy to teach.

I then made my way to Tbilisi Georgia, to take part in the glorious Zeg Storytelling Festival, offering workshops in voice and presence. What a privilege it was to be surrounded by so much drive and talent (take a peek at the lineup) – and to meet new friends and future collaborators! Although it attracts names from around the world, the festival is run by a core of Georgian women, so it’s no wonder that young Georgian women show up in droves – brimming with strength, resilience, and confidence.

Aside from all the coaching, I have been expanding my mind in the booth as well – narrating 7 wonderful non-fiction titles on everything from sex to poo, pain to belief, military ethics to brand strategy to the planet-saving power of peat.
